International Health Day
Aqva spa celebrates international health day at 7th of april. You can participate in various classes but the real treat comes in the evening. Ashtanga Yoga teacher Jocke Salokorpi gives ashtanga yoga workshop from 6-8 PM at our conference centre.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that will purify the physical body, the emotional body and the mind. In this short workshop Jocke will teach the basics of this practice, giving you the necessary tools to get started with your own daily practice. Daily practice doesn't have to be long and challenging. Just 15 minutes each day is enough in the beginning. During this two hour workshop you will learn the basic asanas, a specific yoga breathing technique and the tools that will help you focus your mind.
Yoga is not complicated or in any way strange. It is actually very down to earth and practical. Join the workshop to find out yourself.
Price: donations. You can leave a donation to a jar, based on how you feel after the workshop.
Jocke Salokorpi is the owner and the head teacher of Ashtanga Yoga School of Tallinn (www.ashtanga.ee) a traditional yoga school which is part of the highly respected Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute (www.astanga.it), led by Lino Miele.
