Estonian Experience is focused on offering you an inspirational time during your stay in Estonia.
All of our tours and activities have been specially designed for small, private groups and can be booked with very short notice, seven days a week. Our carefully-selected guides delight in providing you with a warm and personalized service and will tailor the excursion to suit your pace and preferences.
The woman behind the company is Eva-Maria Egipt-Peenmaa, an Estonian with 15 years of experience in the tourism industry.
Excelling as a project manager in one of Estonia’s leading event management companies, in 2008 Eva-Maria witnessed a sharp fall in business volumes due to the economic crises. While staying home with her first child, Eva-Maria realized that lots of very innovative offerings were available for large groups, but selection of tours for individual travelers and small private groups in Estonia was extremely limited. That’s what gave her the inspiration for Estonian Experience, a company she founded that same year to make the most interesting experiences in Estonia available for very small groups.
Building on the company’s success in its home market, in 2012, Eva-Maria expanded the operation to offer private excursion packages in Helsinki, Finland, just across the Baltic sea. As with our Tallinn operation, all our guides in Helsinki are personally selected by Eva-Maria to ensure a high-quality, personalized experience in this beautiful, Nordic capital.
Estonian Experience provides only private tours, meaning that we never add other travelers to your group. You will enjoy the premium, personalized service of your guide all on your own. We are flexible in the tour starting times. Tour prices depend on the group size.
Most of our tours can be booked for the same or next day in order to maximize the use of time for guests and visitors. We have also been very happy to welcome an increasing number of travelers from cruise ships and small corporate groups.
All of our tours and excursions are available in English, Estonian and Russian. Selected tours are also available in many other languages including German, French, Italian, Spanish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Chinese. |
