Villa Pintmann - a renovated villa in Kadriorg Park, located just a few hundred meters from the sea and the Presidential Palace!
We are honoured to invite you to Villa Pintmann. It is a building originally built in 1936 and renovated thoroughly in 2000- 2002, conveniently located in the Kadriorg Park just a few hundred metres from the sea and the Presidential Palace.
Both history and contemporaneousness are tastefully represented in the villa. Furniture originating from 1930s nicely blends with contemporary and modern Estonian design, great examples of which are fireplaces and window sills made out of real stones. The wide windows of the Villa offer beautiful views of the surrounding park and the nearby sea.
Comfortable rooms, quiet and safe environment and favourable location (only a few minutes ride from the city centre) are convenient for business travellers as the Villa offers home-like warmth for longer periods. Villa Pintmann has seven rooms on three floors, a conference room, a sauna and a cosy terrace outside.
Modern communications systems enable the use of constant Intenet access in each room as well as the choice of a favourable cable-tv programme. The building has heating and ventilation systems are controlled automatically by computers.
Our goal is to offer our guests flexible and customer-friendly service by always making the wishes and needs of a specific guest our priority.

In Pintmann Sleep Care Centre we offer a complex medical examination during sleep and based on the findings of the examination we offer different treatment options. With the help of sleep diagnostics we find out what causes sleep disorder, we evaluate and improve the quality of sleep, treat health problems that occur because of sleep disorder and stress. In the course of sleep diagnostics the patient's brain biorhythms, breathing rhythm and snoring episodes, heart beat and oxygen level in blood and movements of eyes and muscles while sleeping are recorded and written down on paper. Sleep diagnostics in Villa Pintmann is carried out with the help on polysomnographs and a diagnostic permanent positive pressure apparatus. The following treatment and counseling are based on the findings of sleep diagnostics.
