Psychiatric hospital may take over hotel

After a few years, the rooms of the Hermes Hotel in Mustamae, Estonia may turn into hospital rooms. The owner of the land, Tallinn Technical University, plans to sell the building and also a land plot at Sutiste tee 21. A possible buyer is North-Estonian Regional Hospital, which is planning to create a psychiatric hospital there. At present, the largest tenant is OU Amulett, which is managing the Hermes Hotel.
