Feliks Magus builds hotel next to Viru

In the middle of March, the company AS E.L.L. Kinnisvara started building the new hotel Nordic Hotel Forum in Tallinn, next to Tallinn Post Office. Nordic Hotels OU will be the operator of the hotel. Construction work should be finished by summer 2007. The total area of the building will reach nearly 17,000 square metres, with eight floors. The four-star hotel will have 270 rooms, a conference centre, a restaurant and a lobby bar, as well as underground parking for 40 cars. The cost of the project could be EEK 238 million (EUR 15.2 million).
