Problem for islanders as AN-28 is banned from skies

From May, the residents of Ruhnu Island in Estonia can no longer use planes for travelling to the mainland. The airline Pakker Avio is not able to start flights to the island directly after Air Livonia stops its flights, since it does not have a suitable airplane. Air Livonia is being forced to stop flying to Ruhnu for the same reason – their AN-28 is no longer permitted to fly in Estonia.
