Tiit Vähi to build first skyscraper in Sillamae

In the next five years, entrepreneur and former prime minister Tiit Vähi intends to establish a 50-storey “sea centre” in Sillamae. The sea centre would include a passenger port and a hotel and also have an attractive entertainment centre. Vahi is not able to provide concrete dates and sums, but only claims that the project will materialise in five years.
