Potential in Tallinn for even more hotels

As the flow of tourists to Estonia is showing no signs of falling, there is more and more room for new hotels. The best potential is in Northern Estonia (Tallinn and Harjumaa County) and in Western Estonia (Parnu, Haapsalu and Kuressaare). Most tourists stay in Tallinn. Although more than half of tourists in Estonia stay in Tallinn, the number of beds in Tallinn forms only third of the number of beds in the whole of Estonia. So it seems wisest to build hotels in Tallinn.
