Jannseni Lodging House is offering the accommodation services to all these visitors, who are looking for a common, but at the same time snugly homelike and private place to stay overnight for а favourable price. The house is situated in the town quarter Ülejõe, close directly to the central bridge of Pärnu (it takes 5-10 minutes of walking to the center of the town). The accommodation part is placed on the first floor of our private house with it`s own entrance alltogether with 4 bedrooms for 8 people (1 single, 2 twin-double and 1 family room for 3 persons), the guest-room, 2 toilets, shower and balcony in common. In our homeyard you can safely park your car, in summer-time relax in the tent and grill. The price includes besides the room-service also coffee-tea with biscuits and table-water. On the spot, there is a possibility to make oneselves a light breakfast (in your use are the coffee-machine, water boiler, microwave owen, fridge and dishes). We are a small and friendly accommodation, especially suitable аs for housing a smaller friendly circle or families with children during their holidays, so for housing during the business trip or the passage from Pärnu to Tallinn or the island Saaremaa, for example, as well. In case of a long-term accommodation the prices can be negotiatable.You`re welcome!
