Kipi Holiday House / Description

We are located in West-Saaremaa, 35 kilometers from Kuressaare - capital of the island. In Lümanda county, Kipi village. The houses are situated in a quiet place with beautiful nature.

Description of the houses
Two similar wooden houses with thatch roofs, one was completed in 2003, the other in 2005. There are two bedrooms on the second floor and optional beds on first floor. There are a sauna, shower, toilet, and a kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove and oven, jug kettle and coffee maker on the ground floor. The distance between the houses is 60 meters. The houses are open all the year round.

Additional options
There are places for barbecue and making a fire near both houses. For children there is a playground, a swing, and an observation platform for watching birds and animals, walking-tours in the forest. Also we have some bicycles, baseball square and basketball ring. The forest nearby is good for walking and hunting, and you can go to the sea for fishing, or just take a little boating-trip. We also offer you some guidance in herbal and floral composing. It is a kilometer to the sea and there is also a spring with clear and clean water.
