Restaurant Ribe / DescriptionThe menu at Ribe, which opened on Vene Street in 2007, is characterised by fresh, seasonal and mainly locally sourced ingredients. The flavours and techniques of European cuisine naturally also play an important role. Head chef Andrei Šmakov is one of the best chefs in Estonia.
Ribe has consistently been nominated as one of the top 50 restaurants in the country, in recent years ranking close to the top of the list.
The restaurant has an open, spacious room upstairs and a smaller and more private room downstairs. A terrace is open in the warmer months.
