Ritter restaurant in Saaremaa Spa Hotel Rüütli off ers wonderful views over the Kuressaare episcopal castle, the town park next to the castle, and of Kuressaare Bay itself. The castle harmonises well with the restaurant and it even inspired the restaurant’s name – Ritter (Knight in English and Rüütel in Estonian).

The restaurant room, which seats up to 120 people, boasts a majestic sloping roof, beech parquet and interesting interior decoration. In addition to the delicious lunch and dinner meals, music for dancing is played in the evenings, and also as a part of a longer entertainment programme.
