Telliskivi Loomelinnak (Telliskivi Creative City) is the biggest center of creative industries in Estonia. As the quarter is located on a verge of the city center and two most promising boroughs in Northern Tallinn (Kalamaja and Pelgulinn) it also functions as an attractive public space and a focal point.

On the territory of Telliskivi Loomelinnak there are 11 different buildings with a total surface of 25.000 m2. For relatively low prices you cand find here suitable rooms for offices, studios, storage spaces, manufactories or band rehearsals.

Next to creative industries and non-profit organizations there are also several not-so-creative ventures in Telliskivi, i.e. 160-seated family restaurant, childcare, printinghouses, furniture store and an antique store for books.

Also you can rent spacious halls for organizing concerts, seminars, exhibitions, fairs or other evenst.
