Built in the 1930s and recently renovated
In two villas, there are altogether:
- two double rooms
- one double suite (2-4 people) and
- two three-roomed apartments (10-12 people)

There is a toilet and a bathroom in each room.
Each room has a TV set (SAT-TV) and a fridge.
It is also possible to put an extra bed in a room.
Altogether we can accommodate up to 20 people.
Villa Marleen is located in the distance of a 5-minute walk from the centre of the city and the beach.
Villa Marleen suits well for passengers with young children and car, as we have a big garden and a safe car park in the inner yard.
It is possible to order a health service package from the sanatorium Tervis located opposite.
