Half of Tallinn hotels meet linguistic proficiency requirements

Linguistic Inspection inspected 45 Tallinn hotels over two months and found that 23 hotels ignored linguistic proficiency requirements. Supervisor Leho Klaser said that in those hotels, visitors were unable to get service and information in Estonian. According to Klaser, hotels have problems with signs and pointers, which are often only in English.
