Estonians to sue airBaltic

30.11.2005
Estonian entrepreneurs, who use the services of the airline airBaltic regularly, are dissatisfied with its service quality and are ready to sue the company. The former Prime Minister of Estonia, Juhan Parts, says that he and his colleagues were planning to fly from Riga to Vienna in October. The flight was delayed without any reason. Then they flew to Copenhagen, where they transferred to another plane, which should have taken them to Vienna. When they had already taken their seats in the second plane, they were asked to leave the plane. They reached Vienna with several hours delay and nobody explained anything. Juhan Parts points out that on that day several meetings were thwarted. Estonian businessmen Urmas Soorumaa and Mauno Leppik are also dissatisfied with airBaltic. The president of the company Bauskas Piens, Igors Podkopajevs, expressed his indignation that the flight to Odessa was cancelled without any explanation.
