Airline companies have to compensate inconveniences

13.01.2006
According to the European Court of Justice, airline companies have to compensate delayed and cancelled flights for passengers. The court’s decision enforces the same compensation for low-cost and regular airline companies. Airline companies are not happy with this decision because the aviation sector is already more strictly regulated than other transportation categories. Compensation regulations concern Estonian passengers as well because 14 airline companies take passengers to different destinations from here.
