Parnu Mud Baths a cultural gem?

Parnu town administration has decided that Parnu Mud Baths will become a place for cultural events. The exact function of the Mud Baths will be worked out within a month by a special commission. Endla Theatre has already shown interest in the Mud Baths as a possible outdoor stage.
