Eight state and nine private harbours around Tallinn

There are 17 harbours on Tallinn’s 48 km coastline; 12 harbours are located in North-Tallinn. Many of them have connected their future to tourism and small ships. The State and Tallinn are planning to turn North-Tallinn into an attractive tourism, business and dwelling environment and that also concerns these harbours. Heido Vitsur from the Ministry of Economics and Communication says that industry will be gradually moved out of North-Tallinn.
