New hotel to rise near Hotel Viru

The company AS ELL Kinnisvara started building a new hotel, the Nordic Hotel Forum, next to Tallinn General Post Office last week. The company’s board president, Aldo Dapon, said that the aim is to complete the hotel by summer 2007. The size of the building is nearly 17,000 square metres; it has eight floors and underground parking for 40 cars. The 4-star hotel will have 270 rooms, a conference centre, restaurant and lobby bar.
