Scandinavia's biggest water-park to be built in Tallinn

Tallinn City Council has passed a detailed plan for an area next to Admiraliteedi Lake, according to which a seven-floor hotel, conference centre and water-park will rise by summer 2008. The water-park will be built by Arco Vara in cooperation with the Finnish company Holiday Club Finland. The whole complex will cost about EEK 1 billion (EUR 64 million).
