Governor of Pskov pledges Tartu-Pskov shipping

Mihhail Kuznetsov, the governor of Russia's Pskov Oblast, thinks that the border point with Estonia should be taken from Starozinets to Pskov. He also expresses hope that by the end of the year the Russian government will give the full go-ahead to restoring the shipping line across Lake Peipsi between Tartu and Pskov.
