Estonian Air warns passengers about hand luggage

01.11.2006
From Monday, the EU flight security requirements concerning liquids in hand luggage will change. Estonian Air recommends putting well-packed liquids into suitcases, leaving only the most necessary items in the hand luggage. According to the new regulations, liquids including gels, pastes, cosmetic liquids and drinks must be put into a single, maximum 1-litre, transparent plastic bag.

In connection with the new air traffic safety regulations that will come into force on November 6, Estonian Air recommends that passengers take only the most necessary things in their hand luggage and to arrive at the airport earlier than usual and be prepared for longer queues.
