Dostoevsky Meets Tchaikovsky…
You've heard of student exchange programs, but there are also chef exchange programs where the great food enthusiasts of the world trade places to spread the wealth of culinary culture. In October of last year, Tchaikovsky's Head Chef Pavel Djatškov went to St. Petersburg, Russia, to the restaurant Dostoevsky. This spring, Dostoevsky's Chef will join us in Tallinn, and Restaurant Tchaikovsky will offer a set menu from Dostoevsky during the entire month of March.

…and Tchaikovsky Meets Mozart
Also in March, Austrian Chef Gottfried Bachler will bring Austrian specialties to Tallinn. Chef Bachler is the proprietor of Restaurant Bachler in Althofen in the Sankt Veit an der Glan district of northeast Austria. Telegraaf announces our House Concert Series for 2010. Old Europe Returns: Ludmilla Kõrts, soprano with the Estonian National Opera, joins the Salon Trio for operettas and salon music from Old Europe.

March 11th, Thursday
An Evening of Waltz: The Salon Trio (violin, cello, piano) plays waltzes from Strauss, Lehar, Lincke, and other masters.
