More tourists, more money, more investments


After Finland became an EU member in 1995, an increasing number of world-class hotel chains entered the country‘s market within a year or two turning what used to be quite national in character, rapidly into an international accommodation marketplace.

After the Baltic states became EU members this May, the déja vu cannot be avoided as already an increasing number of world-class hotel chains have announced their plans to enter the Baltic market. A bit of namedropping to convince you - how about Marriot and Kempinski .
