Estonian Air’s flight schedule disrupted by broken fuel counter

10.08.2005
Last Sunday's Estonian Air’s flights Tallinn-Stockholm and Tallinn-London were disrupted because of a broken fuel counter. The Tallinn-Stockholm flight was cancelled and the Tallinn-London flight was delayed for four hours. Maris Kivi, the airline company’s PR and marketing manager says that there was no real danger but there are strict rules and regulations in aviation that have to be followed. Kivi says that passengers to London knew about the delay and as the company compensated all their expenses, none of the passengers filed complaints.
