Spaniards want to build waterpark in Estonia

A Spanish company wants to build a waterpark in Narva-Joesuu, Estonia, which would be surrounded by rows of houses for tourists. The Spanish group Action Park has made a proposal to the Narva-Joesuu town council to take part in the project.
