Tarmo Sumberg sells Georg Ots Spa to Arco
Real estate company Arco Vara has bought the Georg Ots Spa in Saaremaa. Legendijuhtimise AS (Legend Hotels), which belongs to Tarmo Sumberg and Alta Capital, will remain the operator. In addition to the Georg Ots Spa, Arco Vara also owns the Nurmenuku Trade Centre, TOP Spa and logistics objects in Tallinn.
