Holiday house is located in Lasva municipality in Võru County in an attractive location at the edge of a forest, surrounded by old-growth timber and with enough distance between it and everything else. There is a sweeping view to the west.

The holiday house has a fully equipped kitchenette. The living room features a TV, stereo system and fireplace, built with a ledge on which you can recline, basking in the warmth. The bedroom features a large, wide bed. The building is furnished with antique furniture that complements the natural roundwood logs used to lay the walls of the building back in 1911. The WC and shower room is modern. Guests also have use of the sauna, which is located in the adjacent building. The sauna has an electric heating element. Also at your disposal is a pond, grill, smoker, fire pit and garden furniture. A barrel sauna can also be rented.

The lake Kalijärv is 500 metres away. Lasva lake is at a distance of 2.5 kilometres, and has a decent sandy beach. Internet access and a store are located in Lasva village.

Wildlife in the forest next to the house includes a fox family. A herd of deer – possibly 25 strong -- also likes to skulk there. In the autumn, large flocks of cranes congregate in the field out back, getting ready for their southward migration. Rabbits and moose are no stranger to these parts either. And we should not neglect to mention the local bat couple, who like to come out in the twilight to catch insects.
