Wris Travel Agency (TA) has specialised in business travel since 1991 when the company was founded. The enterprise is fully based on Estonian private ownership. Our objective is to provide excellent service quality maintaining the individual and personal touch in customer relationship. Wris TA was the first Estonian travel agency to be granted IATA accreditation which determined the company's development in the early stages. We are proud members of the Estonian Association of Travel Agents. Today, Wris TA is among the top 5 in the Estonian travel market.

Our outgoing department offers:
- Airline tickets - we are able to book and sell tickets of any IATA member airline (using the GDS Amadeus). Moreover, Wris is the only travel agency in Estonia having the booking system Sirena which gives us the opportunity to sell tickets for routings wholly within Russia and the CIS countries.
- Accommodation - worldwide. We have partnership with Gullivers Travel Associates, Scancoming, CSA Airtours, Time to Travel, Academservice etc.
- Tour packages - we are selling agents for 7 Estonian tour operators and 3 biggest Finnish tour operators. Wris is the only travel agency in Estonia having a contract with tour operator Dragoman offering exclusive adventure tours.
- Ferry tickets - our biggest partners are Tallink, Silja Line, Viking Line etc.
- Coach tickets - our main partner is Eurolines with routings all over Europe.
- Rail tickets - Russia, Scandinavia, UK
- Cruise sales - Royal Carribean, Celebrity, Sea Dream
- Travel insurance
- Visa support

Our incoming services include corporate and fit sales of travel services, leisure travel services for groups and individual tourists not only in Estonia, but also in St. Petersburg, Scandinavia, and all through the Baltic States. Destination services: accommodation, transport, guide services, catering, tours, conference and meeting services, incentive programs and active holidays.
