Tallink confirms plans to sell some ships

After it receives three new ships, Tallink will sell the Meloodia and one or two fast ferries. “We will sell the older ships when new ones become ready,” confirms Tallink’s head of Finnish operations Keijo Mehtonen. Next year or in 2008, Tallink will receive two Ropax ships and also in 2008 the sister ship of the recently launched Galaxy will be ready. Silja also is planning to order two new Ropax ships.
