What must tourists think of us Estonians?

A reader complains about two alarming matters near the Port of Tallinn, asking why the area near the port has not been improved and why are there so many dirty, untidy land plots. Another thing is Tallinn’s traffic culture. It is very difficult for tourists to cross the streets near the port. Often cars pay no attention even to tourists hauling heavy luggage.
