Let's bring an Avignon-style theatre festival to Tallinn

One particular tourism magnet for Tallinn could be its theatre festival, thinks theatre reviewer Andres Keil, who is currently staying in Avignon. Europe's biggest theatre festival is taking place in Avignon for the 60th time. There's no such festival in the Baltic states or in Scandinavia, but there's no reason why Tallinn could not organise something like that.
