Abruka Camping house is situated in Kaarma commune in Saare County. The total area of the island is 8,78 km2. It is only 6km by the sea from Roomassaare port. The Kaarma County is providing three times a week service between the Roomassaare and Abruka. During cold winters locals are provided with the „ice road” to the island. Aburka has spectacular nature. One of the remarkable things is our natural preserve area (almost 92ha). It contains a Mid-European forest with its natural beauty. You can also see few animals wondering around on the island, deers for an example. There are only 20 people living on the island all year around. In the topmost years there were over 150 people living there.
Abruka's Camping house is situated only 1,5km from the harbor. Camping house was built in 1960. It was first used as a local center. Today the house is fully renovated and opens for guests on the 1st of April. We can host up to 27 people in the main house. The regular rooms are with 2-3 beds but the house has a superior room (with small kitchen and private sauna) for a bigger family or for people who need more privacy. We also have a big tenting ground. There are variety of sports you can do during your visit (play volleyball, petank or other activities). It is the perfect place to organize family vacation or just resting trip. We also provide all the help and services to organize a company summer/winter days and small conferences.
