Tallinn campaign targets rich Russian tourists

Tallinn is introducing itself to the Russian cities St Petersburg and Moscow as an attractive wintertime city-break destination. The campaign started at Russia's travel and tourism fairs and other marketing events in September. During November, Tallinn will be promoted in the subways of Moscow and St Petersburg and also on Internet websites. The EEK 550,000 campaign is targeted at Russian citizens with an average or above-average income.
