Vapiano means in Italian “take it easy” and it is the trademark of the so-called “fast casual food” restaurant chain which has been established in Germany in 2002 and by today has made its vigorous entrance into Europe and America. The Vapiano menu is based on simple and genuine Italian cuisine: pizzas-pastas-salads, plus antipastas, i.e. appetizers, and dolcis, i.e. desserts. I visited vapiano vapiano with my estonian familly, my wife and kids to enjoy the food at lunch time, but sadly we was disappointed with food quality and food oresentation on plates, chefs just throw food on plates and gave to us, i had spoken to in charge but seems that he need to learn how to approach his customers and make them feel welcome, he wasnt intrested abour my comments. I will never back to eat with my family in any vapiano stores. (06.06.2020)
