The region of Voorepalu has a varied domelike landscape. Mesikamäe tourism farm located there invites tourists to enjoy nature. The hilly forest is mapped by orienteering centres. There is a well-kept skiing and hiking trail and excellent possibilities for trail rides. In summer one can go on a walking tour through primeval fens around Lake Penijärve.
