The Building Of Türi Gymnasium / Esittely

The first records of schooling in Türi date back to the 17th century. On 1 August 1924 a new building of Türi Horticultural Gymnasium was opened. In 1932 – 1940 it worked as an establishment where growing plants was taught as a part of gardening classes. Students could follow plant development even in winter time, because a 120 sq metres of heated greenhouse had been built in 1932.
Presently the primary classes of Türi Gymnasium are based in the building.
