Norman-Optika Tartus

I have two concerns about the service I received at the Tartu store of Norman Optika. First, I picked frames with a 30% discount, according to the sign placed above the shelf. The salesperson--Ms. Kado--gave me a 20% discount, as I discovered when I reviewed the receipt. Second, I was promised that I would receive the glasses within 7-10 days. It took them two weeks, which was a serious inconvenience since I had to travel. No apology was provided when I brought these concerns to the store's attention. (31.08.2023)
