Lavendel, a cosy restaurant in the centre of Kuressaare, opened its doors to the public in late 2012. Its slightly antique interior design got its name from the colour that dominates - lavender. The menu is seasonal, making the most of all that Saaremaa's fields and waters have to offer at specific times of the year. As such, new dishes appear every couple of months. Lunch offers are also available from Monday to Friday - soups and mains of the day.
