The Tinnipalu Boulder / Description

The Tinnipalu Boulder is located north of the Võru-Viljandi road. A forest access road (0,5 km) leads from Sulbi road to the boulder; at the end of that road (2 km) is the Helsekivi stone, which is also protected. The basic shape of the Tinnipalu boulder is rectangular. It is very mossy. On the top of the stone there is a pit with a diameter of 0,5 m. According to unofficial information the maximum height of the stone is 1,85 m, the length 4,4 m, the width 3,4 m and the circumference 13,1 m.
